Что (кто) такое volume-dependent hypertension - определение

HUMAN DISEASE
Hypertension, renovascular; Renal hypertension
  • Angiotension converting enzyme
  • Pulmonary edema

Renovascular hypertension
Renovascular hypertension is a condition in which high blood pressure is caused by the kidneys' hormonal response to narrowing of the arteries supplying the kidneys. When functioning properly this hormonal axis regulates blood pressure.
Portal hypertension
  • Fluoroscopic image of transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS)
  • Portal hypertension due to cirrhosis resulting in revascularization of the umbilical vein
  • Stellate cell
HYPERTENSION IN THE HEPATIC PORTAL SYSTEM
Hypertension, portal
Portal hypertension is abnormally increased portal venous pressure – blood pressure in the portal vein and its branches, that drain from most of the intestine to the liver. Portal hypertension is defined as a hepatic venous pressure gradient greater than 5 mmHg.
Pulmonary hypertension
  • [[Right ventricle]] (on left side)
  • Cor pulmonale
  • Three major signaling pathways involved in the pathogenesis of pulmonary arterial hypertension
  • Phonocardiogram and jugular venous pulse tracing from a middle-aged man with pulmonary hypertension caused by cardiomyopathy. The [[jugular venous]] pulse tracing demonstrates a prominent a wave without a c or v wave being observed. The [[phonocardiograms]] (fourth left interspace and cardiac apex) show a murmur of tricuspid insufficiency and ventricular and atrial gallops.
  • Pulmonary artery hypertension and emphysema as seen on a CT scan with contrast
  • Pulmonary artery catheter
  • [[Micrograph]] showing [[arteries]] in pulmonary hypertensive with marked thickening of the walls.
  • Severe tricuspid regurgitation

Renovascular hypertension

Renovascular hypertension is a condition in which high blood pressure is caused by the kidneys' hormonal response to narrowing of the arteries supplying the kidneys. When functioning properly this hormonal axis regulates blood pressure. Due to low local blood flow, the kidneys mistakenly increase blood pressure of the entire circulatory system. It is a form of secondary hypertension - a form of hypertension whose cause is identifiable.
